Never Heard This Song, Don’t Care

Since this is the only type of post Intl. Wota feels like linking back to these days, I guess I might as well write some of my comments on the Hello! Project 2008 Winter ~The Concert Tour With The Young People~.

(I would have an image here, but I couldn’t find anything suitable. Maybe later.)

(Aozora ga Itsumademo Tsuzuku You na Mirai de Are!) – all

Never heard this song, don’t care. Next!

21 (Renai Revolution 21) – all

Well, that’s fuckin’ super. Beat some more classics to death. What the hell, why don’t you people go sing “Egao YES Nude” or “Aruiteru” or something and stop ruining my favorite songs? This is probably why I can barely get myself to like Morning Musume that much these days (although I understand everyone in the concert is going to be performing RR21) — they always have to do the classic songs instead of working to create their own. It’s been ten years, Up-Front/H!P/Tsunku: Don’t you think it’s time to just let go of the past and concentrate on making some hit songs for the present so in another ten years, that Morning Musume can beat them to death in their concerts?

I swear, if Momusu had something awesome now like RR21, I would probably instantly like this lineup. As for now, the only thing they can churn out is “Mikan”.

3. MC

k.

(LA LA LA Shiawase no Uta) – all

Is this the retarded “LA LA LA” song they performed at 2007 Kouhaku? I didn’t actually see that Kouhaku, mind (nor do I want to), but that song is, like…a crappy mobile phone-only release, wasn’t it?

(Tokaikko Junjou) – ℃-ute

Finally, a song that I recognize/isn’t going to be subpar.

(Chance!) – Tsukishima Kirari starring Kusumi Koharu (Morning Musume)

Ew, Kirari.

(Happy) – Tsukishima Kirari starring Kusumi Koharu (Morning Musume)

Ew, more Kirari. Get your anime TF out of my H!P concerts, plz.
