CJ Marsicano is probably going to kill me in my sleep for ripping off his idea, but I haven’t been able to fight off the temptation to do this. Of course, he has a whole ‘nother blog devoted to Tanaka Reina now, so it isn’t just a side-thingie on his own space anymore, but it will probably only be a matter of time before I end up making one and moving over to it 24/7…
I give you, my friends… Hi, Minnasan.

Where did I get the lame title? It doesn’t matter (psst, hey). All that matters is Jun. Once you accept Jun into your life, all of your problems seem so small. You are locked into a state of pure euphoria as you watch her speak, dance around, and sing, taking in very little except that one special key factor: That this is Jun, and she is too much cute gorgeous hotness for you to handle. She’s like a product of the divine powers-that-be, because earlier I was singing “hallelujah, it’s raining Jun!”, and now it is actually raining where I live. That’s pretty intense.
Praising aside, uh… I have my doubts that this will catch on very well (Jun lacks about half the fanbase and support there is for Reina or, for that matter, any other Musume who’s been around for over a year). But I’m not doing it for you. I’m doing it for myself. Because you just can’t go around all day without letting it all out. Telling someone your thoughts. Otherwise, I’d burst into a terribly lesboriffic ramble in front of my mother about a Chinese girl she’s never even heard of and how wonderful said girl is. And try as you might, you can never put any sort of asexual “oh, I just like the music” spin on that.
But one thing is for certain. I am fully prepared to sacrifice the Albus Dumbledore-like sexual ambiguity I have cultivated for years as a fortress around me to keep out prying relatives in order to acquire Jun’s first photobook. And that’s saying a whole heck of a lot. Especially if she’s wearing a bikini on the cover.
(Also, a bit of a sidenote: Thanks, three-hundred-and-six views in a single day! I guess my post about Momusu in America brought in the hits like…I figured it probably would. Yeah, I’m so lame, I just had to mention this.)
Yes, there’s something otherworldly about JunJun. She did nice solo and group work in the July 29 H!P concert and her Japanese is coming right along.
I was just wanting to leave you a comment, earlier, about how you got me calling her Region. Seriously. It caught on with me, at least.
LOL! I’m actually flattered that you do something like this. You may want to go to GoDaddy and boy itsrainingjun.com soon!
I still do MotokoAoyama.com as well but I haven’t posted too much there lately only because of my NaNoWriMo commitment. In a day or two I’ll be back to blogging speed, though.
